In this video I am analyzing an interesting game played by Iranian GM Parham Maghsoodloo vs Russian GM Maksim Chigaev where a rare Hippopotamus defense was played! Hippo is considered to be a super solid opening which is hard to break, but Maghsoodloo crushes the “hard nut” very easily by going for a pawn sacrifice and then opening up the position! In the end of the video as usual you can solve the daily puzzle!
