Grob’s Attack By GM Timur Gareyev In A Record Holding Blindfold Chess Simul

In 2016 in Las Vegas Timur Gareyev played 48 Blindfolded games thus beating previous world record held by FM Marc Lang (46 games).
Gareyev played chess simultaneously against 48 participants without sight of the boards. Against 43 on-site opponents and five online opponents, he scored 35 wins, seven draws and six losses. What is interesting Gareyev performed his simul while riding an exercise bike. Of course it will be naive to expect high level games from this simul that’s why in this video I am going quickly through one of the games which was played against Omar Bobadilla.
