In newly released games of DeepMind the updated AlphaZero crushes Stockfish 8 in a 1,000-game match, scoring +155 -6 =839.
Unlike the other games where AlphaZero was choosing closed positions and is developing long term strategical ideas, in this game AlphaZero is choosing the sharpest line of two knights defense, and is going for Fried Liver attack! A piece sacrifice on move 6 is giving white great attacking chances and by gaining advantage AlphaZero confidently is realizing it in the endgame!!
