F. J. Markovic (2010 ELO) vs S. Tomic (1851 ELO), Caro-Kann Defense, Panov-Botvinnik Attack
This is my favorite defeat. I played a good game against a stronger opponent, and I got a winning position. When I was about to win I played a one move blunder which instantly lost the game. He offered me a draw a few moves before that but I declined.
It was a valuable lesson in self discipline and restraint. What I have to work on the most is staying focused when winning. I often play much better when my position is worse.
And once again sorry for not making videos for a long time, I had too much work. We’ll get back on track soon:)
