I got outclassed by my opponent and for that I congratulate him. We played a super tactical, complicated Accelerated Panov in which we both spent almost our entire clock time (i was on 20 seconds).

I won a pawn. The question was whether it was poisoned or not. My opponent got a huge initiative for that and he had a chance to sacrifice a bishop on h7 (the common sack when your pieces are away from the king). I calculated correctly that it doesn’t work, but I missed one option he had later on.

I lost. He won a brilliant game. 6 rounds to go!
