I played a lower rated opponent in round 3. He went for the Scandinavian and I got a much better position with my usual attacking setup against 1.d5. I failed to materialize on my advantage, though, and my opponent exploited my mistakes perfectly and won a pawn. I managed to equalize somehow and was drawing. Then it happened – I blundered a whole rook. The rest is history.
