White’s king seems to be exposed, but indeed White has a strong center and development advantage so he is in no real problem. However, White has started a pawn avalanche over the black king. Advances like g4-g5 should be considered, as White continues with the attack gaining tempo.
But, GM Volkov used all his imagination to unleash 16.Bg6!!, with the idea of trapping the black queen! After 16…hxg6 17.g5 Qh7 18.h5 White is opening the black castle AND trying to win the black queen, which has no moves!
