LIVE Blitz Chess Commentary #327: Queen’s Bishop Game

This is a blitz chess game I played as black with time control 3|2. The opening was the Queen’s Bishop Game. Black acquires the bishop pair and a central pawn majority in this one, whereas white has a queenside majority and the potential to achieve a good knight for bad bishop position type should black not be careful. An interesting moment was realized after the game with the aid of Stockfish where one side, on more than one occasion, could have made a move that basically would force a retreat reply.
