Black employs an interesting move order that delays castling to confuse white, however after 11. …0-0 we have reached a standard theoretical position in the Sicilian Dragon. On 12. …b5 black attempts to sacrifice a pawn to open lines against white´s king on the queenside, however white declines the pawn sac – preferring to focus on his own attack on the kingside against black´s king with 13. h5. GM Williams employs a very interesting piece sacrifice with 13. …Nxf3!? – instantly netting 3 pawns for the piece and completely shutting down white´s kingside attack. White reacts badly to the changing dynamics in the position and black plays very actively to capitalize on white´s indecision – leading to a crushing queen sacrifice and subsequent checkmate on 23. …Rb1# This is a fine attacking game and the patterns found here can be applied in a variety of similar positions in the Sicilian Dragon.
